We can connect you to the resources you need in Eagle, Grand, Jackson, Pitkin, Routt, and Summit counties in Colorado.

We help older adults and caregivers through the ups and downs of life, relishing in the good and teaming up to conquer the bad.

We are a bridge.

We build bridges between individuals and providers, so your needs can be met, and your questions can be answered.

Caregiver Support

For Vintage, a caregiver is anyone – family member, friend, spouse, neighbor, or a paid employee who assists someone over the age of 60. Are you a caregiver of a loved one? We have resources and support for you!

Dental & Vision Vouchers

We have financing options to keep your teeth and eyes healthy without using insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Let us see if you qualify for dental and vision services!

Transportation

We live in a snowy place where roads can be hazardous, and rides can be hard to come by. Let us help connect you with the right resources to have a safe journey. You may even be eligible for a transportation voucher!
